I asked for less pizza sauce. They gave me regular amount and less cheese. They just gave me mozzarella cheese and not the other one when I selected both.
This particular franchise never fails to disappoint,. The quality in the ingredients isn't the issue, it is the quality and consistency how the pizza is put together (training issue). Not stretching the crust back out before building the pizza (since they contract when refrigerated over time,), haphazardly throwing the ingredients on, not evenly spreading out the sauce etc.! This pizza, most of the ingredients were pilled in the middle, sauce was 2" from the edge of the crust (that wasn't stretched back out!). this is an employee training issue, this pizza was put together by a high school girl, the other pizza that was "better", was put together by an older male!
Charge customers after the pizza is built, not before, especially if you expect me to leave a tip for carry-out !! It sucks this place is so close, I wish I lived closer to the Blaine Papa Murphy's off of County 10 !
I chatted with the most friendly gal as she made our pizzas on the spot. Food was great. It's too be we don't have these in FL...so this was a bach home treat for us. Great work guys!
I have to say this is one of the worst visits I've ever had at a Papa Murphy's. The cinnamon wheel dessert pizza there was more beer bread than there was toppings. There's over an inch and a half all the way around the edge where there is no topping at it at all it's getting really bad when you can see more crust to the topping then the worst thing is the guy that answered the phone didn't know what he was doing he had to talk to the guy that was there with them and then when I went to pick it up the same thing he didn't know what to do so he had to get the guy from the back instead of the guy being upfront and helping out he was in the back worst service I've had and the dessert pizza was the worst I've ever seen I don't think I'll use Andover Papa Murphy's again
Used to be good now ingredients don't even cover crust now even with extra cheese. Have to scrape pieces off baking sheet with a metal spatula Giant air bubbles in crust blow up and eats giant chunks of the pizza. Sorry to see quality gone so far down hill.
